Mike cook founded his first construction company in 1990. he specialized in the framing of large custom homes in the greater Seattle area. In a desire to move closer to family, mike, his wife Kerri & their 3 children moved to the Spokane region in 1992. There he found himself specializing in more of the interior fit & finish of a home.

After several years of crafting fine interiors for others, he decided it was time to rebrand & dive headfirst into custom home building full time. So, in 2003 he formed Cook Custom Homes Inc.

His hands on approach to his jobs are as still as alive today as the first day he started, as he enjoys being on the job daily, often putting on his tool bags to assist his team.  since that change he has been blessed to have helped so many people turn their “someday” into their today!
